Real Time, Real World Avails

Because Summit's advertising sales management systems are built around the Summit scheduling module and a sophisticated, fully-integrated, relational database, your avail reports represent your real schedules - up the the minute reality, not "hypothetical trial runs." To analyze your inventory and schedule, you can view database reports by day, program, hour, inventory, or type; you define it. Available on screen or on paper, you can actually enter a contract on one workstation and watch the avail report dynamically update on another workstation.

How far in the future can avails be viewed? The avails reports show the current and future scheduled programming and spots. Avails can be seen as far out in the future as the schedule is extended (the schedule can be extended as far in the future as you like, even multiple years).
